The Candiskì borned in the summer of 2010, in Selinunte. The name is inspired by a painting by Wassily Kandinsky, that was in the livingroom where they were playing and looks like a sophisticated pun. Determined to expand the musical horizon of the area and back in vogue the Sicilian dialect, making it modern thanks to the union of the english language was born the first song, Spiga di Grano. The reasons supporting the music and lyrics of Candiskì very often reside in pain and frustration of youth
