Bio

From the CD Universe website: "No one is quite like Diamanda Galas. Who else could draw comparisons to Grace Jones, Mahalia Jackson, and Flatula Lee Roth from Tragic Mulatto, all uttered in one reverent breath? And who else but the diva of vocal gymnastics could team up with one of rock's heaviest bassists, Led Zeppelin's legendary John Paul Jones? Emerging triumphant from this collaboration, Galas drags her new album THE SPORTING LIFE over her shoulder like a fresh kill.
