"A boy with glasses" è un progetto che nasce a fine 2006 dalla mente di Nicola Orichuia (ex-costola chitarristica dei londinesi-acquisiti Turnpike Glow), che ha lasciato Roma per Chicago. Il disco d'esordio è del 2008. "A boy with glasses" si diverte anche a fare dei video che a volte finiscono sul canale Qoob di MTV: i protagonisti sono sempre pinguini… peluche.
